How do I find the right size for me?

The dimensions of all caps are listed in their descriptions. If you're not sure on your sizing, our adjustable caps might be the best place to start - but otherwise just grab a tape measure to measure out your own dimensions to see if the shoe fits the foot. Another method of making sure is simply seeing how other caps you might own fit you,as most caps come in a general fitted size. See FlexFit® sizing guides for more info.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you will have the option to preorder it and have it delivered as soon as we replenish our stock. Otherwise, an email prompt will be offered for you to stay in the loop about whether or not, and when, that product is coming back, or otherwise a sneak peak into what products will replace it.

How do I care for my clothing?

Cotton/ Polyester blend caps:

Hand washing may be a bit time consuming but it is the best way to take care of your cap.
Start with the sweatband: Brush a small amount of stain remover onto the sweatband and let it rest for 15 min.
After that, continue to brush with a mixture of detergent and water.

Wash the cap with a load of similarly colored clothing on the delicate cycle using cool water. Do not use chlorine bleach even on a white cap. If the cap looks dull and you wish to brighten the colors, mix a solution of oxygen-based bleach and warm water following package directions. Completely submerge the cap and allow it to soak for at least four hours or overnight.

Wool/ Wool Blend Caps:

Wool baseball caps should be hand-washed using cool water and a mild detergent designated for wool. Be gentle and don’t scrub or twist the fibers. Rinse well in cool water and roll gently in a thick towel to absorb most of the moisture.

Allow to air dry on a head-shaped object.

Payment

What forms of payment does Ruckus and Sons accept?

You have the choice between Visa Debit/Credit card, Mastercard, American Express, or select methods through Payfast.

What can I do to get free shipping?

Free shipping will be available to anybody and everybody, so long as they spend the required amount to unlock it. Check your free shipping status in the side cart menu to know how far you are.

Do Ruckus and Sons items go on sale?

Yes of course. We will let you know in the newsletter, but sometimes we'll spring a special surprise on you - you'll just have to make sure you stay vigilant...

How long will delivery take?

Deliveries will take place between 4 - 6 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes of course you can.
Upon purchase, you will be given a waybill and a tracking number for your order. To track this, simply visit Aramex's website (Aramex - Track My Order) and put your tracking number into the prompted area.

Remember to keep that waybill handy as you won't be able to collect your order without it.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

The window for order cancellation or modification is proportionate to the delivery type you request upon purchase. The less time you request for delivery, the smaller the window for change is, as we will hand off the product to the courier a lot sooner. Any cancellations made after an order has been fulfilled will result in a 15% handling fee, resulting in a, 85% refund on the purchase.

Otherwise, we'll send through a big virtual kiss and hope that you'll still love us.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Not at the moment, unfortunately. We hope to soon expand our brand and give the rest of the world a taste of the lekkerness, but currently we are only based locally in Cape Town, South Africa.

Returns & Refunds

Are there full refunds, or will it go to credit?

In the circumstances of a confirmed refund, you will receive a full refund on the amount you spent, although you do have the option to transfer that refund into store credit.

How do I return an item?

There is a 30 day window for refunds/exchanges. We will supply you with a return label, and cover the return shipment as well as any exchange shipment fees, so long as the product passes our quality check. We hope to never need to worry about that, though. Refund Policy

Are delivery charges refundable?

The delivery charges put in place after a refund has been confirmed will be covered by us. If you are exchanging an item, we will still cover the return shipment, don't you worry.

How many days do I have to return an item?

You will have a 30 day window to return an item.

Do I get any refund upon cancellation?

Any cancellations made before order fulfilment will result in a full refund. However, any cancellations made after the order has been fulfilled (i.e after shipment has begun) will result in a 15% handling fee, resulting in a refund worth 85% of the value of the order.
